My name is Mandy Roberge and I have been playing with henna since 2006 -- I became instantly passionate about the art form and have never stopped from the first moment my bff introduced me to my first henna kit.
In 2015 I officially started Wicked Good Henna. For all these years I have made my living doing henna at large events -- libraries, festivals and big ole parties. It's entirely possible that there isn't a person on the planet who loves their work more than I do. I have 3 beautiful and sassy daughters, a fat black pug, a chorus of cats and a husband I adore most days of the week. I love making pottery and hanging out with my tribe of besties in my spare time and am often found elbow-deep in a craft project of some kind. In Spring of 2023, I had the life changing experience of traveling to Morocco to study henna and it changed my style and understanding of henna. I look forward to traveling to many more places in my lifetime to examine the roots of henna in cultures around the globe. My favorite thing in the universe is sharing my love for henna with you and yours <3 |
